I’ve had sorel boots for a couple seasons now and after finding out by trial that they were waterproof, I decided to order another pair. I bought the new cinder color and it’s actually like a very dark maroon brown, very pretty. I can attest they’re waterproof to the top of the boot! (Below the fur) kept my feet dry and warm, has great tread too. In my opinion as a seasoned alaskan these boots are well worth the price, they last a long time too and very comfortable for my feet! Five stars!

I rarely order online because of fit. I gave the product “fit as expected” at the ordered one-size-up size which is a size 10 from size 9. Let me explain: I’m 5’6″ at 163lbs. My feet are a tiny bit on the wide side with a low arch. I ordered both a 9.5 and a 10 at the same time. My normal size is 9. Knowing that I would want to where a wicking sock + a wool sock OR 1 super thick pair of thermal socks I thought the 9.5 (half-size up) would work. After wearing around the house, I noticed the 9.5 was making my feet slightly tingle/numb, particularily around the area where the rubber meets the leather on top of the foot and an area that I knew might not “stretch” over time. Plus, because of the thickness of the sock, my toe felt closer to the boot toe end. The 10 had a comfortable bit of room even after the 2 socks or 1 thick sock was added and did not make my feet tingle/numb. Even though they may look just a tad bigger then I am used to, I decided comfort was best in this case. They are on the heavy side for a snow boot (expected for rubber, leather, and felt) , but I am hippy with toned calves so I considered the extra weight a bit of exercise as I walk! The Honest Beige color is a beautiful soft yet warm camel color (fawn-like), not a dark camel. The inner felt is SO warm and cozy, even with a thin pair of socks. The laces are a breeze to tighten and loosen as they slide on the metal grommets though I don’t suspect they are waterproof laces. The fur was a little flat when they arrived but just needed fluffed. The rubber is a very, very dark navy I think, almost so that it looks black. The tread will be nice for snowy walking but I did slide a bit on the ice on my driveway since the lug is rubber and not very deep like a hiking boot might be.

I have to first say that I have looked at these boots for two years! Yes, that’s right two years.(All the while I have been wearing a crappy pair of boots I picked up from tractor supply).I’m so picky about what I want. I was also torn between the color and size. Finally my husband said either you order them or I will. LOL. We had a snow storm coming in New York and I wanted them for the storm. I ordered the exact size I would wear in running shoes, a size 10. When I got them and first tried them on I did have a tough time getting them on over my arch. (I have high arches). At first they felt snug. I wanted them to be comfortable and warm enough with normal everyday socks on. I wore them around the house for a little bit and they loosened up perfectly. Unfortunately the first time I went to wear them outside (which was around 7:30am the next day) the one eyelet fell off. I was really disappointed. I went right to Amazon and started a return. Then I went right out and took my boots to a UPS drop off. Well, I kid you not by 9:00pm the very next night I got my brand new boots delivered to my door!!! I had the same issue with them being a little snug at first but when they wear in a little bit and mold to your feet they are absolutely wonderful!!! I am so in love with these boots. They are so cute and comfortable!! Also, someone made a comment that it’s annoying because the liner comes out every time you take your boots off. I don’t know how that can happen because they have a snap that holds them in. Amazon is amazing for their fast returns. I don’t know how they do it! One other thing I read at the Sorel website (I was going to buy them from there) was that they didn’t have great customer service. With Amazon you don’t have to worry about that! You can rest assured that if something isn’t right they will make it right!! Get the boots, don’t wait two years like I did. I bet I won’t need another pair of winter boots for the rest of my life!!

These boots are so stiff! They are not the most comfortable but we recently had 10 inches of snow and my feet were warm. My boots had enough room to wear wool socks.

They are perfect and I can’t wait to wear them in Utah with my snow bib. I’ll update the review after use. For me, they were true to size. They are rated for very cold weather so I plan to wear them with a normal sock. I could see someone with a wife foot or who likes more room going a half size up. I feel a whole size would be huge.

LOVE! These are my second pair of Sorel boots and I am thrilled with them. They are durable, warm, and look great! The quality of materials used is also superb (I prefer faux fur, which these are).I really like the tall shaft, and the fact that it’s a lace up. This is great for my fat calves! The shaft is sturdy and keeps its shape well, no floppiness or gapping once laced. They hold up very well in the snow; I’ve been in 5” of snow and my feet stayed dry and warm. The fit is slightly roomy, but I wear a thin sock and it fills out fine. Large and comfortable toe box.Overall I cannot recommend these enough!

These boots are perfect winter boots. They are waterproof, comfortable and great for walking the dog!

I sized up one full size as recommended. Snow boots are not a fun purchase, I know many say these are stylish, but really in a foot of snow function over fashion is my goal. These fit the bill, and then some! Save fashion for my stilettos 😀.

Provateli prima in negozio.

    Too big
The boots are too big and the front is like a clown shoe, so not very feminine and not a good fit for me. I ordered a size 39 and normally wear a size 38.5, but I planned to wear thick ski socks, so I opted for the half size up and it was far too large and I sent back.
